The Charles A. Whitaker Auction Company is auctioning off almost 500 clothing items that were collected by Tasha Tudor.
Tasha Tudor, beloved author and illustrator, amassed an expansive
collection of clothing from the mid 18th to the mid 19th century. The
focus of her collection were cotton dresses from the 1830s.
The items up for auction will be on display at the auction house on Saturday November
10th, 2007 And the auction will be held the following day Sunday
November 11th, 2007.

The auction is being put on by Kerry Taylor Auctions in association with Sotheby's.
The preview is Friday 16th June 10 am-5pm and Sunday 18th 10am-4pm.
The auction is going to be on Monday 19th June at 10 am and 2 pm
The auction is being held at Building B, Sugar House Yard, Sugar House Lane, Stratford, London E15 2QS (located near Three Mills Film Studios).
There are a total of 374 lots of high quality vintage and contemporary clothing in this auction.
Items up for bid include almost anything you might imagine including: Vintage Rock & Roll T-Shirts, Postmen Uniforms, Military Wear, Baby & Children's Clothing, Kimonos, Convent Dresses, Vintage Swimwear etc...
