What strikingly beautiful hats! The crimson meets merlot hued one is my fave, but I certainly wouldn't say no to either of them :)

Wow~gorgeous! They look like they came off the set of "The Women"~~the original movie, that is!
I wish women wore hats more, I think they still seem a bit costumish to many. Such a shame!

Yes, it's true they do look like something straight out of The Women! Luckily hats have been coming back into style now for awhile- so, people aren't as shocked to see them as they were several years ago. -Lulu

I've been dying for some pretty vintage hats. Everything in Istanbul I have found so far is in horrendous condition or just not pretty. I actually dreamt last night about buying two vintage hats! I think I'm in withdrawal.
Ah, yes the vintage dreams. I have those too. I usually dream that I come across an estate sale crammed full of dead stock clothing from the 1940's and 1950's, all selling for incredibly cheap prices!
