Found! 2 Vintage Purses
While on our road trip I bought two really fun purses...
I found this purse at the Cherry Bomb vintage clothing store in St. Louis.
It's a black wooden box purse with builidngs painted on it, featuring signs with famous St. Louis landmarks such as the St. Louis Arch, the Muny Opera, and the St. Louis Art Museum.
It's the best souvenir that I have ever purchased on a trip in the U.S.
I bought this white wicker purse at a thrift store it features the saying "I Love Men Money Martinis" and a little flap that says "Lift Up" underneath which it says "and sex"!
I featured a purse with similar sentiments as the one posted above in a blog post just before we went on vacation...

Hee hee! Awesome purses! What great finds. :)
I was super excited to find them! -Lulu

Well, if your vacation didn't make me envious enough, these handbags have me totally green with envy. HOW COOL! I've been meaning to post all week to comment on your recent adventures. I think it's safe to say that you just returned from *my* dream vacation. Among all of the sites, I was most taken by S.P. Dinsmoor's place. I've wanted to go there for at least a decade! What fun!But really--I loved seeing your report from the road and all of the photos had me swooning and wishing I could replicate the same road trip. I loved every minute of it. It's as if you were sending me a postcard everyday that said, "Wish you were here!" And you know what? I truly did wish I was there!
Thanks so much Holly for your nice comments! I am glad that you enjoyed my posts! -Lulu
