Juli Lynne Charlot Circle Skirt
The interesting thing about decorated circle skirts is that they are associated with the fifties-but, they were actually first designed in the late forties. In 1947 a woman named Juli Lynn Charlot designed a holiday themed felt circle skirt. Later on she designed a poodle skirt and the rest is fashion history!
The skirt pictured above was designed by Charlot in the late 1940's. It's made out of grey felt and features a fun horseracing graphic.
The skirt's waist measures 26"
You can purchase this skirt over at the Antique & Vintage Dress Gallery for $665-

I met Juli-Lynn Charlot, who now lives in Tepotzlan, Mexico...she is an amazing woman and loves visitors!

I know Juli-Lynne well, and I agree, she is amazing. She is 86 years young and still beautiful. She has a large collection of her vintage designs available for sale if anyone is interested!
